1902 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, especially before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Required documents may include copies of identification cards, proof of address, or other relevant documents. Failure to provide the necessary documents may result in transaction delays until verification is complete.
Payments, Deposits, Withdrawals and MYR Transactions
All transactions on the 1902 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency exchange rates will apply, so users need not worry about foreign currency fluctuations. Available deposit methods include internet banking, local e-wallets, and instant bank transfers.
Deposits are usually credited to accounts shortly after payment confirmation. Suspension, Account Closure and Limitation of Liability
1902 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any user account suspected of violating these terms, including fraud, bonus abuse, hacking attempts, or any behavior deemed harmful to the platform or other users. During suspension, access to funds in the account may be blocked until investigations are complete.
Accounts may be permanently closed if users are found to deliberately violate the terms, engage in illegal activities, or provide false information during registration. In such cases, 1902 reserves the right to confiscate any unused bonus balance. The original deposit balance may be refunded after investigations conclude, subject to 1902’s final decision.
1902 is not liable for any losses, data loss, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond the platform’s control, including technical failures, internet connection issues, or cyber attacks. In no event shall 1902’s liability exceed the total deposits made by the user within 30 days prior to the claim.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the 1902 support team. Any eligible balances will be returned after all withdrawal conditions are met and no active investigations are pending on the account. The account closure process may take up to 7 business days to complete.
